How much does car detailing and valeting cost in Aldershot, Farnborough and Camberley in 2026?
We checked the published information for all 29 car detailers and valeters listed across Aldershot, Farnborough, Fleet & Church Crookham, Camberley & Frimley and Blackwater & Hawley in September 2026. Not one of them publishes a price list on its own website, Facebook page or anywhere else found. The closest thing to a number anywhere in the research is Automaster Mobile Car Valeting's and Auto Protek's published opening hours, which tell you when to call rather than what a visit costs.
Why prices aren't published
Twenty-three of the 29 businesses here have no independent website at all; most are sole-operator mobile valeters or small fixed sites working from a directory listing and a phone number rather than a business with a public price list. Pricing a valet or a detail properly also depends on the size of the car and how dirty or damaged it is before work starts, which is a genuine reason several of the six businesses that do run a website – Mr Detailer, Absolute Detailing Limited, West Heath Garage, Beacon Valeting, Selective Detailing and Auto Protek – still quote by phone rather than list a flat rate. Renovatio Automotive Detailing and 1st Choice Valeting & Detailing Ltd, both offering more specialist paint correction and detailing work, are among the least likely of all to have a fixed rate, since that kind of work is priced on the condition of the paintwork rather than a standard menu.
What tends to cost more
Without published figures, the clearest signal is the service itself. A straightforward wash-and-valet visit, of the kind offered by most of the small fixed and mobile businesses listed here, sits at the cheaper end of what's on offer. Specialist paint correction, ceramic coating and paint protection film work – offered by Renovatio Automotive Detailing in Ash Vale and Auto Protek in Blackwater – is priced on the size of the vehicle and the condition of its paint, and is the least likely of all the services listed here to carry a fixed rate.
What to ask when you call
- Whether the quote is for a wash and valet, or includes machine paint correction first, since correction adds time and cost.
- Whether the vehicle's size changes the price, since detailers routinely charge more for a van, estate or SUV than a small hatchback.
- Whether a heavily soiled car or extras such as pet hair removal or an engine bay clean cost more on top of the standard price.
- For a mobile valeter, whether they bring their own water and power supply, since some ask you to provide one or both.
