Is it worth it

A ceramic coating does not stop stone chips or deep scratches — it is a paint-protection product, not an armour plate — but it does make the surface easier to keep clean, more resistant to bird droppings, tree sap and light chemical marks, and glossier for longer than an unprotected finish. It is money spent on maintenance and appearance rather than on preventing serious damage.
