How to choose a detailer or valeter in Central London

Central London's detailing trade is spread thinly and unevenly across eight districts, and much of it runs from railway arches and underground car parks rather than a shopfront. South Bank and Vauxhall has the most choice, with five businesses, followed by Maida Vale and Notting Hill and Westminster and Victoria with three each. Mayfair and Marylebone has two, and Paddington and Bayswater, Kensington and Earls Court, and City and Clerkenwell each have exactly one, so there is little choice to compare locally in those three districts.
